Same here - cannot download on Chrome or IE. No accelerator used, have tried multiple times throughout the day. Seems like an over zealous and pedantic system to me.

I have trouble understanding the new download operation, even reading the FAQ

I am on mozilla browser, yesterday I download part of Promod 2.33. Today I wanted to download a new part but I'm already blocking with the message "Sorry! Access Denied ...
I only download the first part and that's it
Can I be enlightened ??

Same thing here. I site warned me about my pop up blocker and when I disabled it said, I cannot have more than one downloads and access is denied.
I did not have any active download from the site. Please advise! Thanks!
I have tested with the cabin pack file and the test file...

If it malfunctions there are always a few things to try:

- please check if you have disabled any download managers or accelerators
- try a different browser (avoid Chrome & Opera as they can open multi-threads)
- disable any anti-virus or firewall software that may "scan" downloads before downloading (thereby exceeding the limit)
- check if you are not on a shared network (university/work, CG-NAT or mobile network)
- wait at least one hour and try again

As I tried to download the Trailers and Companys Pack the site always stated, that I have to deactivate my Ad-Blocker. But I have white-listed you on any Ad-Blocker I use. Are there any known errors with certain Ad-Blocker?
