Is the file name correct, does it contain a (1), or any other number between brackets, in the file name? If so remove it and try again.

If the files are not in sequence (or not in the same place) then the first file cannot be extracted

I have a problem when extracting files. I use 7zip. When unpacking the file is written: "Can not open file as an archive"
I have the same problem.

Are you using the multi-zip pack or the paid download? If the first is the case, please use the file testing tool.

Hello, i try to get the new version but when i click on the link my virusprogram blocks it,,, i am not talking about the adfly but just direct the first page.
So its hard, if so not, to get it on the right way and hope you will have a other option in the near future so we can keep using the great mod of this team.

This is just your antivirus program by the looks. I'm counting thousands of successful downloads on the free download links. I don't have any other recommendation but to go back to using the built in antivirus that comes with Windows 10 as anything else frankly sucks and is a performance hog.

Well administrator, i knew it was my antivirus. I was able before to download 2.25 without any problem with the same system, now it seems the host where you place the files is blacklisted so thats why its not possible now anymore.

Hi Scul, i have downloaded paid version 3 time twice with windows and once through chrome, I am using two new copies of Win RAR and 7Zip, at least 6 attempts files are corrupted message comes up. so as you know i am not trying to waste your time, i downloaded and installed every version since ProMods started with no problems, so i know what to look for. Anyway i went through your check list and no change, corrupt files if you unpack them it ends up with either 3 or 4 files. Any ideas, i am not worried that the link will expire it is cheap to buy again. Regards Peter

Please don't be rude - we host it ourselves on our own servers... The problem is your Antivirus so either take my advice (and the advice of many professionals out there who say it is worthless) and just use Windows Defender or use our paid download link. Your Antivirus is issuing you a false positive. Nothing we can do about this, you need to help yourself. It is also incredibly worrying it is doing this as it is intercepting HTTPS (encrypted) traffic from your browser which should never happen, it is a massive security risk for you.

I can also see the amount of downloads and can safely say that 1000's of people have not had any issues downloading the mod via our free download service.

The archive is NOT corrupted. I've extracted this myself on all our download servers and compared the MD5 sums of each one of them to be sure. Please run the test tool on your files if you're grabbing them from the free download server - I've also verified the paid download and it, too is not corrupted. Extracted successfully using 7zip on Linux. Some Antivirus software corrupts downloads as they're being downloaded hence why it is important to check the MD5 sums to ensure you don't have a corrupted download. It is furthermore no-longer recommended by anyone to be running a third party antivirus software than that that comes with either Windows or Mac OSX as they do some pretty dodgy things.

Here is the MD5 sums of the free download files (I have checked this against all our servers even though I knew they were in sync):
