I just travelled the 2lane from Murmansk to Ivalo and on to Nordkapp. Wow!
Big bouquets and boxes of pizza to the person or team who did this stretch of country. The Russian section is, as usual, full of gritty realism (I damaged my truck on the subsiding, rough dirt roads); the Finnish/Norwegian back-country highway from Ivalo to Nordkapp is one of the most beautiful in the game. I happened to pass through during the long, late Northern sunset which definitely enhanced the view, but in any light it would be a great sight seeing trip. Applause. Roses. More, more, more!
Seriously, I liked it so much I am about to donate some more pizza money to ProMods.
