Why No ProMods on Steam Workshop?

Hi,
I wonder why ProMods is not available via Steam Workshop like most other mods?
This will make it super easy to install.

Also,
Does ProMods work on the Linux Steam port of ETS2?

Steam Workshop doesn't support map mods. And ProMods is too big.

ProMods works on all operating systems where ETS2 works.
