• Toulouse is now marked as released city.
• Ulm is now marked as released city. Köln, Frankfurt am Main, München, Berlin and Magdeburg are now marked as improved cities.
• Chelmsford is now marked as released city.
• Innsbruck and Salzburg are now marked as improved cities.
• Irun and San Sebastián/Donostia are now marked as released cities.
• Andorra la Vella is now marked as released city.
• Narva is now marked as a released city.
• Rīga and Ventspils are now marked as released cities.

What about Poland?

Shouldn't Esbjerg be marked as a SCS city or PM improved city (if you improved it)?

Wait, why were Borlänge, Falun and Kiruna removed??

I did not remove anything.

I was a bit confused, because these cities are on the Nothern Sweden progress plan. I thought plans did change not to include these cities.

So you put back the Scania Test Track from STDS ?

Why you ask that question while you can take a look for yourself? It's located near Södertälje you know.....

Why you picked Novi Sad (Serbia) to make?
Novi Sad is just on a transit route from Hungary to Greece and Turkey. Its not even the key industrial or transporting center of Serbia.
not much or at all internation transported being done at Novi Sad. Belgrade would be more reasonable solution, I know you wont change your mind thoguh.
