since Vollebal4life is not online right now, I will answer it:
"It's ready when it's ready" - it is also not possible to say after which time of the 1.30 release the new version from ProMods will be released.

The 1.28 -> 1.30 conversion is actually a lot of work.

It's need DLC Italy for patch Promod in 1.30 !

that is not true - in 1.30 the ProMods Italy will be replaced by the SCS Italy - the Italy DLC will be released after the 1.30 release I think.
After the DLC Italy release there will be a version of ProMods which support the DLC.

Agreed, but it's best to have one version of Italy, bigger, better and smarter than just the old SCS shananigans, than none at all, Promods Italy ETA doesn't concern me at all, happy to be happy and wait and see.

On the other hand though, Promods Italy was far superior and more true to the original RL country than SCS would've ever thought to emulate.

Promod 2.21 will be compatible with ETS 1.30 don't need Italy DLC but Promod 2.22 will be compatible Italy DLC and need it ?

I do not know which version numbering the ProMods team will do - I think 2.21 will support 1.30, and 2.25 will support Italy DLC.
