How to play ProMods 2.20 on ETS2 1.30?

The title says it.
All ProMods files are incompatible in 1.30.



To make it compatible, I need to open the files and change a line in the "manifest.sii" files.
But all models, media and assets can I open neither with WinRAR nor with 7zip nor with the SCS-Extractor.
So how can I open them and edit/delete the manifest files?

ProMods is never compatible with a public beta. Please downgrade to 1.28 to play ProMods 2.20.

ProMods 2.20 will NOT work with ETS2 1.30. Whilst we continue to work on version 2.25, please play ProMods 2.20 on ETS2 1.28.
