Once we know how to properly create and debug ST routes we might add our custom ones. But so far we weren't very lucky. As ProMods will still work without all the ST routes enabled we could at least release the default SCS ones to the public. Maybe we will add more or we will add none. So far we haven't been to lucky with editing the routes.

So just to make this clear for myself, is it safe for me to buy this special transport DLC when ProMods release their 2.30? I have been holding off on it as I consider having ProMods enabled a bigger priority, but the DLC does look very enjoyable. Thanks in advance for answering my question

Hi,

you can also buy special transport DLC now, in 2.26 there are already four routes for special transport.

Awesome! Do you happen to know which 4 routes exactly if I may ask?

@Randleman : The ones in "untouched" areas (so France, Norway (south), UK).

Note there are only four Special Transport routes in ProMods 2.26:
  • Reims - Strasbourg
  • Nantes - Civaux
  • Sheffield - Birmingham
  • Stavanger - Oslo/Drammen

Open the def scs file, and check if the following line is in the game_data.sii file:
"cargo_groups[]: oversize"

If not, add it there, and save the file. If it's already there, then sleep in-game to generate new economy. The transports should be available in the four locations listed above.
Hi everyone can anyone can tell me step by step how to do that please Im struggling little bit with finding those files.
thank you

Hi,

when you have problems, just redownload the def file (using the Def file generator from the download process).
