How to change traffic lights on an interchange/crossing?

(I don't think this is really a place to ask a such question, but I guess it's fine..)

So, as the title says, how to change traffic lights to an interchange/crossing? Google didn't help me at all, as most of the topics are very, very old. Any answer is highly appreciated.

Sorry, I wrote the title and the text wrong, I thought 'How to change traffic lights on an interchange/crossing.

You can only do it on a prefab that has traffic lights assigned to it.
Just open its properties and tick "Use semaphores". Traffic lights will appear.

And if you want to change their positions, you have to use Blender and move the hookups, I guess. (never did it)

I know that, but I want to know how to C H A N G E traffic lights on a prefab. By that I mean I don't want to have a stock traffic light, aka. these.

These lights will change if you 1. connect it to a road assigned to a different country and 2. you save the map afterwards, which will spread the country assignments.
