Depends on the version you've updated to.

The latest and greatest ProMods works with the latest and greatest ETS2 version 1.30.

ProMods 2.26 is compatibel with ETS 1.30.2.9 so no new update of ProMods needed.

My ETS 2 version is 1.30.2.2 (yesterday my game is updated and doesn't load the Promods, if I download the Promods again, will it work again?

The newest Version is 1.30.2.9 actually. But 1.30.2.2 should also work. After every update the game needs to rebuild the navigation cache, thus loading times increase for that time. So you should wait longer while the game is loading( up to 30 minutes on slow PCs). When it's still not working post your gamelog.
