Steam seems to auto update games, and there is no way of disabling it, other than playing on offline mode.

There is already Promods 2.27 out for 1.31, so you don't need to downgrade.

We do not give any ETA ever.

Why not, you may ask?
Because we get lots of mad users when we don't make the ETA.
Not making it to the ETA, can be cause by lots of things. Like unforeseen bugs, hard to fix bugs, a meteorite smashing into Earth.

The closest thing we can give to an ETA is:
