Do forgive me if this isn't a correct place to ask something like that. BUT I'm rather curious about this version since it's compatible with 1.31...does it come with random events or will it bug up the map?

Yes, but there may be places where they will cause issues

i did already more than 10.000 km, (ProMods tester) and had no problems. :)
i like the new road events.

I've had a few (minor) problems in Iceland with police pulled over into barriers or almost blocking those narrow bridges (extra challenge is good), as well as road works partially floating at a bridge. None of these really bother me, especially given that they'd be less likely to spawn there if I hadn't turned the random events up to max to see how cool they were.

Yeah that was to be expected :/ Luckily I think I remember that there is an option for modders to just easily remove single locations from the random event pool. I hope for a nice hotfix as soon as those get reported, so report please if you find some :D

There is a manual replacement tool to find and fix these locations but we have to manually check and fix more than 10,000 locations.. so this will be a job for 2.30.
If we did this for 2.27 it would have delayed the release by weeks.
