promods 1.6.2 and ets 2 1.8.2.5.
Can these work together or is it impossible ?

It's impossible due to the game's changed architecture. Promods 1.6 and beyond only work with ETS2 patch 1.9 and beyond. Inversely, the previous Promods versions work only with the patches before 1.9.
