Regarding buying the DLC, will the ProMods map expansion work at all on the base game? You list needing the DLC's for this mod to work, but how well does it work without the DLC's?

There's nothing wrong with asking if and where you can get the DLC for cheap money.

Look for steam sales or CD Key websites (Like Humbel Dumble, G2A etc.)
I got Italia DLC for 4€ in my country! (Turkey)

I confirm I bought some of my dlc over there and it's really cheap compared to steam.

Use sites like g2a or change the currency in your steam store with an Vpn...

Using a VPN on steam is against Steam TOS and G2A isn't trustworthy from what I heard
