If I got it, you take down hosting sites because of publishing stolen mods? How to do it?

You just write to the support and say that somebody reuploaded your file without permission and they'll delete it (my experience with Sharemods).

Same for me.
I asked for mod hosting sites. Except Ets2.lt, almost all mods are stolen, so I want to take down those sites.
