Can someone put the Arabic Language in the local language forum.

Hello can someone from the developers or moderators put The Arabic language in the local language forum?
ProMods user since: 2.15.
PC specs: I don't like to say them.

For as far as I know, only the red team (or only ScuL) can do that.
Can you please tell why an Arabic subforum is that much needed?
I mean, sure we can put every language on this site. But we also need the people to maintain that certain language. And people who really use that local language forum.
I mean, I don't remember seeing anyone post something in Arabic on this forum (we see everything).
So I doubt it's really useful.
If we make an Arabic one, we would also need a Chinese forum, or Japanese, or Thai, Korean.. It would derail quickly.
I think we already cover most, if not all, national languages of Europe.
