For clarification: a wholesale replacement would only involve Northern Germany. We really don't want those curvy Autobahns back.

Hello,
good idea to ask the opinion of the community, thank you . Beyond the question of preferences there is also the technical question and in my opinion not to purely and simply withdraw the fantastic work of the teams of Promods, it would be a pity. Good continuation

Bad example is France. I am on phone and can't link one of my previous forum posts with explaination.kamikazee54 wrote: ↑13 Aug 2018 10:49Best thing in my opinion is to merge best from old Promods content to new SCS content. Best example is Sweden, it's charm nowadays.

brainiac it is because they didn't touch France yet, like they did with Sweden
i think that promods should overwrite scs parts and work in a merge with calm because later would come more of scs rebuilding and promods would have to make decision. so i think that overwrite in this update and later merge with the new assets and let the best of the two is the best. is better doit slowly and good than fast and no so good.
Kamikazee, correct. That would most likely happen with Germany.

I don't want to loose the Promods german Cities. Even if scs improves all german cities.
i think that mandelsoft or scul say yesterday on squirrel stream that the merge of the two for 1.32 would take months that means a few months without promods or promods in 1.31 but overwrite scs germany would be only a few days. so i think that overwrite is the best option for now and work on the merge slowly and calm. that is my opinion i dont want to put more pressure on promods that are doing this for hobby and for free.

The Pm 2.30 map with the new scs Germany areas could be good, even if it will take Mandelsoft curvy Autobahns away,if he did do them too.
I mean the curvy roads.
