Can anyone tell me the file that you need to generate it gives you the option of high end pc low end etc what the specs are for these setting as in what is recommended for ultra and high end

If we understand you correctly, you are asking what PC specs are recommended for which draw distances. Unfortunately, it is virtually impossible to give any simple answer to this. Luckily, the setting affects gameplay fairly little. The setting only changes the distance of transition from lower-poly to higher-poly vegetation models. If you know you have a low-end PC, then pick the low-end option, and if you know you have a high-end PC, then pick the high-end option. Otherwise, you will be fine with the average option.

Why not test it? Skip the generator step at first and download the regular files.
Than go back to step 1 and generate the profile with Ultra distant. Keep the generator window open.

That start ETS2 and see if you're pc can handle this distance. If you have stutters, re-generate the profile with high distant. There are 4 variants. Pick the one using the trial & error method which works best for you..
