Not on the current version. You’ll need all 4 map DLCs in order to use 2.31

You could theoretically play version 1.91 if you downgraded your game to version 1.18, 1.17 or 1.16, but unfortunately the links are currently not working (we are aware of it and the links will be up again soon). But I cannot recommend this solution.
