Has an issue with the mod 2.32

Dears,

I had an issue with the mod and it doesn't work. And it gives me that there
is dlc is missing.
It gives me that "dlc_oversize" is required to be compatible.
And this only with this Def. package.
And this "dlc_oversize" make most of the mods not working so could you
please help me with this and give me this "dlc_oversize" with download link
and tell me how to activate it.

That DLC is buy-able at the Steam Store.

If you get a "dlc_oversize" requirement but you do not own the Special Transport DLC, you need to generate a NEW def file without ticking the "Special Transport DLC" tickbox.
Clearly you have ticked this box but don't own the DLC. So don't tick the box
