You most likely need to downgrade your game to ETS2 1.33.
But if you click on the 'i' in the mod manager, the game will tell you why your game is not compatible.

2.33 update with only support of 1.34 (which is quite minor from mapping standpoint) would be much better:)

Ive buy the ProMods ETS2 Pack 2.32 and enter the game it said the mod incompatible with the game !!!!

Either your Game Version is wrong (PM 2.32 is only compatible with 1.33) or you're missing one or more of the required DLC

There was an Update for ETS 2. New Version is 1.34. You must set your gameversion back to 1.33

1. Right Click n Euro Truck Simulator 2 in Steam
2. Choose Proberties (last)
3. Then Choose Betas at top
4. AT the Dropdown Menu [Select the Beta you would like to opt in] Choose temporary_1_33 - 1.33.x for incompatible mods

but another problem is after i add the mod , the game crash in loading screen

I literally installed PM 2.32 last week with 1.33 only to launch the game today and discover that ETS2 is now 1.34 and I have an unusable game!

Any suggestions how I can roll-back ETS2 to 1.33?

I don't see a crash in your game.log, just a normal shutdown. Please upload a game.log from right after the crash.
