I downloaded (and paid for) Promods on Sunday, only to realise that the version I downloaded no longer works with ETS2 as it now requires an updated version.

Why were you still selling Promods knowing full well it isn't compatible with the new ETS update?

The old Versions are there for Users that have older Game Versions. The newest ProMods works well with ETS2 1.34.
And we don't sell ProMods, we have the paid Option for the fast download bandwith not the Mod itself. This is why there's no refund, since you already consumed the bandwith.

ProMods works with the latest ETS2 version, there's not been a new ETS2 version for a while. It's more likely that you haven't read the DLC requirements, as the newest version of ProMods now requires all the map DLCs including Beyond the Baltic Sea.



If you downloaded via the paid link on Sunday I'd assume you downloaded ProMods 2.33, which was the most recent version of ProMods at the time. ProMods 2.33 is compatible with ETS2 version 1.34 which is the latest ETS2 version. If this is the case, you either dont have the correct DLC or you are running the incorrect, outdated version of ETS2

Let's think for a moment - if we're providing a fast download for a product that doesn't work (according to you), why you're the only one with this issue? We would have hundreds of complaints already since Sunday. Don't you think you made a mistake somewhere and now try to blame us for it? We don't even know which version you downloaded...

This is factually incorrect.
On Sunday you would have been able to download ProMods 2.33 (which works on current game version 1.34)
Since yesterday you would have been able to download ProMods 2.40 (which also works on current game version 1.34)

Both versions work on the current version of the game.

ProMods is not a product; it does work if all versions and obligatory DLCs are matching.

Promods 2.40 works perfectly with version 1.34 of the game,in two days I made 4 trips - 9886 km.No problem!

The TS is probably missing one of the required DLC.
