Download link not received

Hi

I paid for fast download of 2.40, received receipt from Paypal that it' s been paid, but I haven't received a download link and the Order Lookup doesn't recognise my details.
I have emailed Payloadz and their response was to contact you.
I have tried your help pages and entered my email into your checker but that didn't recognise it either.
I am starting to get the feeling I am being given the runaround here, so please help.

A tip for you, check your browser history for :
payloadz.com ProMods Completed
And you might very well find the download thru that.
Payment confirmation window, has the download link!
It still works for me... And I paid for a download.... the night/morning of the release.

If paypal, you could have the wrong email, etc etc...

Thanks for your reply.
I have checked the browser history as you suggested but don't have that page. There was a 'Order is being processed' page but nothing after that..very frustrating and no help seems to be forthcoming from Payloadz or Promods..

namalzir, hmm... that is odd.
Maybe it went to limbo?
Happened with a book order once.
Book shop never got it, at all. But the cash was finally found thru/at the payment processor and I did get the cash back.
50£ or so.

Transaction ID on paypal is shown?
Then mail both ProMods and payloadz with it?
Hmm?
I have different transaction id's on paypal vs promods email?

I can't explain what's happened Shiva, but something's obviously gone wrong, leaving me out of pocket and with noone wanting to do anything to help. The amount is not significant, but with no explanation from anyone who should be able to help, I certainly won't be doing the 'fast' download again.

My Paypal email receipt came through straight away and payment has been taken.
Payloadz have just washed their hands and referred me to Promods.
Promods have been 'reviewing' my email to them since yesterday and I'm not holding my breath that they will actually reply..

UPDATE!!...eeh, there is no update.
Promods, who have taken money from me but failed to deliver what I paid for are refusing to answer my emails to them, a very shoddy way of operating.
Any suggestions on how to get them to take notice?

No clue, but I suspect it is a payment that has gone thru on payloads, but failed to reach ProMods.
That is my theory.

It would help if ProMods could check this.
If not already done.

And email Payloadz again.
