How to load the trailer pack in the mod manager of Euro truck Simulator 2
i keep on seeing black trailers with overcrowed shadows covering the AI truck
also on the company logo

You use the neweset Version of TCP? v1.22? That's a bug in older Versions with OpenGL, that should be solved.
And please post your game.log for further investigation.

That's the Version that has the known OpenGL Problem. There's nothing you can do about it then. Either Update the game to 1.34 and use TCP 1.22, or Play in DirectX.

No when you launch the game it will ask you what you want to launch in, just choose DirectX9
