World of Trucks / ProMods compatibility ?

Hello,
with the recent announcement of ProMods servers on TruckersMP, I was going to acquire ProMods, but I'm playing the game with my friend, and our missions are external contracts to have the same "journey".
However, with all of the cities added by the game, I don't really know if it's going to work, that's why I'm asking you.

Yes it's impossible to make WoT contracts fully compatible with ProMods. Since for them to work every ferry you use and company you deliver to has to be at the exact same spot as in the base game, new ones wont work.

The companies, it's understandable, but the ferries ? You can't use a ferry that was not in the base game with WoT contracts ?

yes because the game fails to syncronise it, since it doesn't think you're at a ferry, although you are.

Last question, I downloaded the mod and the middle east extension, but the 2 .zip aren't at the same version (ME is v241 and the mod is v242), is it normal ? Do I need to change something to play ?

no, ME did not need a version 242, you can use 241 it is still the same
