help i cant put speedlimiter out because i cant click on it pls help

If you mean that the checkbox for the Speed Limiter is greyed-out and you are unable to change it by clicking on it, then it is likely that you are in the middle of a World of Trucks (external contract) job. The speed limiter function is forced-on by the game for these kinds of jobs. Freight Market and Cargo Market jobs do not have this limitation.
