I have a question. I saw the new addition that adds Bulgaria, Turkey etc., for the pro mod will it be necessary to purchase to play or not? from what I know to play ProMod you have to own all the DLCs, will that be the case even with the new Pro mod?

yes, after the merge of the ProMods map with the new DLC, the DLC will be necessary.
