Promods 2.43 - Map Question

According to the blog (https://blog.promods.net/2019/12/promod ... ets2-1-36/) the new 2.43 has new Bulgaria/Romania and Turkey in it correct?
I just finished updating Promods to 2.43 from 2.41 and I'm not seeing any different in the map and not seeing any Turkey or any new additions to Bulgaria (Ruse, Pleven, Montana & Vidin).
Am I missing something here? I don't have the new DLC yet which the blog states this update isn't for anyways, but seems to say ProMods will be using it's version of Bulgaria and Turkey. So I am assuming it should have updated the map with these new areas?
