ProMods

Let's say I wanted to have one profile with the ProMods map enabled, but then disabled when the game goes into open beta phase.
Would having garages in untouched areas like Malmö from the base game or DLCs be safe, or would I have to sell them before disabling the mod?

If the Garage exist in the base game too, then you can disable ProMods and the Garage will still work.
