So i just BOUGHT this mod, did all the requiring things only to find out that i need ALL THE DLC:s for it to work?! Is it possible to refund this?

Hi,
you pay for the fast download, not for the mod! - so therefore there is no refund possible.

Besides, it's mentioned few times that you need those DLCs. The faster you buy them, the better
