Why don't Bosnian roads have numbering overlays?

Hello,
I have noticed in the stream that the roads in bosnia doesn't have overlays that show the road name and number, I found that a bit odd.
The motorway at the moment uses E661, also seen in google maps, but since thats halfly official it's alright, however I also saw that M roads aren't shown either like the one leading to slavonski brod (M14.1), maybe this could be fixed?
