Yes, I agree with that, that this map has good quality, but it's misplaced.
I used myself edited drunkapple's mod "Europe in colors" (just drawen country borders). You can find and download only original version of this mod in ets2.lt. ( http://ets2.lt/en/europa-map-in-color-promods-final/ )
I haven't uploaded my version of this mod anywhere.

Tried out the RusMap, the port in St. Petersburg has a 14hour ferry to Calais...played for like 10 minutes and stopped right there.
