If I make a new profile now for 1.14, must i make a new profile again for promods 1.80 or can i use the existing one

You can add ProMods to an existing profile - but you should ensure that you don't use incompatible mod with the same profile (like most other map mods)

yeh i usually only use promods but i was scared if i start a new profile now, i will have to start another one later which would be a waste of time

if you already use ProMods, you can update your old profile (with ProMods) when the new update is available.

My ETS2 Updated to 1.14 automatic and now i cant play with that old profile but i dont really care. What im gonna do is just wait for the new promods version before starting a new profile because i just cant play ets2 without it, it would be so boring

Just right click on the game in the Steam Library, click on "Properties", then "Betas" and select "1.13.4 for incompatible mods" Steam will downgrade the game to 1.13.4 again.
