Hi all, could you please tell me if it's possible to edit the promod as I would like to take out the bird noise in the interior of my cab.
Thanks in advance.

I don't remember ProMods introducing bird noises anywhere in the map. Reportedly there are moose noises, although I haven't experienced those myself (I usually run with either the radio on or my mp3's playing via WinAmp). I have heard bird noises in Poland Rebuilding, but there's no version of that compatible with either the game or ProMods at the moment, so forgive us for somewhat being at a loss here...
We would need to see how your game is configured to effectively help you.
There is a file in your C:\Users\Your_Name\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\ folder named game.log (depending on your Windows settings, that may be displayed as game.log.txt). Open the file with a text editor (like Notepad), copy all of its contents, then paste that between "Code" tags in a reply to this thread. Make sure to use the reply button, so you get the full editor which has a shortcut to create these tags.
Once you do that, I'll move this post to the appropriate forum, so it's sure to come to the attention of the more technically minded users.

Are you running the RusMap as well? Reason I ask is that it has a lot of bird noises, and these can be quite loud if your interior volume is set high.
My latest video is a good example - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7jJqdHMM10

Jeez, Cash time, that's even worse, how can you stand it? Lol.
Jan, I'll post my game log later today. Thanks for the replies.
I do have going east installed but no other map add ons or mods.

I just like to hear the outside sounds . My interior volume for sounds is set at 55-65% .Daveandben wrote:Jeez, Cash time, that's even worse, how can you stand it? Lol.
I believe the only sounds that ProMods have added are the moose calls, so I'm not sure what you're hearing
Unfortunately that's what can happen when using winter mods .Martinus Kundla wrote:Why are there birds in winter?
