Honestly, I think it is as well as a good idea as a really bad idea...

• - It's a good idea because it really is more real to really have to drive onto the train.
  - It a really bad idea because people use mod with over-sized loads, which won't fit into the train. Those people already are complaining about the 'too low' gantries in Estonia (which they aren't) and 'too low' toll-booths (which aren't too low either.

So if you ask me, as a moderator, I reject this idea.

I already get tired of the people complaining about too low things, while it's their trailer which is the problem....

Well although I`m nobody in terms of ProMods development I would love to see something similar as IRL heavy and oversized loads are using ferry connections in majority of cases. Is overhaul of Eurotunnel and Calais-Dover ferry crossing something that ProMods developers considered ?

Well, I've been looking for a mod like that for a long while, so now I know why no-one "just changed the model": it needs to be part of a map mod.

Maybe we can do this as an option, like CaptainFlint patched the dealers in the Going East DLC for v1.8x, i.e. just replace the two sectors.

there is a mod by kuba141 known for his various truck displays "overhauling" eurotunnel but its not compatible with ProMods yet quite detailed on French side anyway, well at least it wasn`t as it contained to many unused or actually used by ProMods sectors

EDIT: just tried it had to change the name so it loads after ProMods it works unfortunately it removes part of E30 so it`s still not compatible
