why is there still no åland island that way bigger than faroe island and is located between Finland and Sweden

Netherlands is a country in the region of Benelux, which have borders with Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium.
If which relates to Netherlands, it does not have a border with Luxembourg. If which relates to Benelux, then Belgium should be France.
