Added Ulm to the list. Who forgot about Ulm? ;)
I also added Irun to the list, the first city Ivan added to Spain, which is practically complete.
Furthermore, I added a city count for each country and a total count of number of confirmed cities. Currently, we are at 30 confirmed cities. That is a lot.

30 is quite much indeed! 2.0 will be an even bigger update then 1.9 was!
