Wait so work is being done on the UK? I thought that SCS had plans to overhaul the area which is why Promods wasn't touching it for now. Because the UK needs some major help in the worst kind of way.

Chelmsford is Cashtime2013's work, a small project of his which was deemed good enough to be added to the map. So this means, sadly, the UK is not being re-built yet. Stay tuned in the next few months though .

I agree, there was also another town on there that's not confirmed to be added either. Ivan himself can clear this up however.
