edit ... apparently Rusmap 1.5.1 is still driveable but with some peculiar texture overlap issues, I'll check it out when I get this lot set up

edit ... Yes I have just completed a delivery from Stockholm to Smolensk via St. Petersburg and RusMap 1.5.1 seems to work ok there are a few texture overlap issues but they are very minor.



This is the Scania Dealership in Smolensk as you can see there is a minor overlap of the Pavement/Sidewalk into the parking area

I'll have to wait until the public release of the update though, as I do not run the Steam version of ETS2.

You could add it to steam if you want to, and then you could take advantage of the beta, although some people would prefer not to have steam on their systems, it's up to you

there's there a patch for the download version 1.97 as for the 1.96 version?

I actually have Steam installed. It is required by my employer so I can test our aircraft models in FSX:SE (Steam Edition).

I suppose one of these days I'll get around to activating my ETS2 at Steam. To be perfectly honest though, when I have an hour or so to "play" for a change, I'd prefer not having to sort through possible broken things in ETS2...

@jwd_vtc: Smolensk is part of RusMap, not ProMods. We can't do anything about it.

I was referring to the fact that RusMap 1.5.1 does seem to work with ETS2 1.20.0.3 in combination with ProMods 1.97 and Poland Rebuilding 1.97 and the fact that I had read elsewhere that there were some minor texturing issues I was just illustrating how minor they were, I imagine the people behind RusMap will release an update soon, v 1.5.1 came out fairly quickly after ets2 1.19.xx was released

I wonder why the "Promods 1.97 is released" Topic is locked. Every "_____ is released" topic before this one was never locked.
