cant install promods v198

every time i try to install promods i get this message C:/myname/desktop/ets2mods/promodsv198/promods-v 198.exe can not open the files as 7zip archive. i also have win rar. but for some reason i can open it in that

Are you trying to open the zip file or are you trying to extract the zip file? If you payed the $1 then you have one zip file. You need to choose extract here. If you chose not to pay you should have 5 zip files. put all 5 in one place (New Folder) and extract the first zip file only. The rest will automatically extract also.

When you download the files do not change the file extensions, just save them as they are.

i redownloaded the files and see if that works
