KMM is part of ProMods. It will be in the mod (with Spain etc.)
Look in the developer group and you will see Kutchek

I have a question. Maybe silly, but still. Is Scandinavian Maps works together with Truck Sim map 4.x? I am eager to answer.

That one has been designed for version 1.2.5....
I don't think that it will work with the 1.5.2 version of the game.
