You can talk about anything here (but respect the rules)

Hi

I'm Admin of +3500 member ETS2 Private Facebook group and our users (including me personally) reporting comments being removed when "promods.net" is included.
There is no way to undo this and it is literally out of hands of moderators or admins.

Thnx for the great mod. Keep up the Good Work!

We need to establish what triggers it?

So it flags it only with
'promods.net'
or is the word 'buy' or the link to Steam?

Or is it because you repeatedly copy/paste this identical comment?

@ScuL

I am afraid I don't have more details right now but from my own experience.

Even tho, we sometimes do help users, we are not support group, so we don't use templates and spamming is against our community rules.

I will ask community to take screenshots when and if this happens to them again. I will drop some test comments there too.

What if only using ProMods, without the net?
Or mayve even using the link to https://www.facebook.com/ProModsETS2 ?

@Shiva

I can type promods, nothing happens. But yeah:

I can't recover my comment history as all comments been removed with "promods.net" -link.
I would estimate in comments I have mention "promods.net" maybe 2 -3 times / month.

But at this point I think it is safe to say "new posts" has not trigger anything.
This is my group post history and as you can see, I definitely have not spam by any means.

Best you click on that "let us know" on that it is not agains the Community Standards.
And, well... whatever option you get after it.

@Shiva

I already did. I got automated respond: "Thank you for a feedback, we will take your comments in account in future decisions".

This is a joke really.
