Possibility of random events? - Lots of police units and usual workers stopping the traffic, while it is clear to see that AI waits for them/a player to go through.
Possibility of heavy cargo - It is quite visible that cargo is heavy, and has a trailer with steerable wheels. In addition to that, it looks like a truck has heavy-duty set up.
Seems like fun!

Ugghhh finally! steerable trailer wheels!! So sick of the gps taking my down winding roads whist hauling extra long, extra awkward-to-turn trailers and 9/10 I always hit and damage the cargo....
That's the road to happiness and personal satisfaction, That's why they don't want you to take it.
