SCS said that it would come in the end of Septemer. As we are already in October, I guess this week would come.
Also I don't think that SCS will update the version to 1.29 only for a single add.

That is 7 double cargoes [ 1 is 20t, 7 is 140t ], 300 000 lb is 137t.
