How would I go about Re-skining a truck?

(I want to make a version of this: for the MAN TGX XL.)

If possible, could I have some help, making a version that says 'Milton Precast' on the side, and a version for my company, saying 'Tramalot Trucking'.

Thanks in advance, Sir_Tramalot

Just for information... There is a really cool free utility program for creating truck and trailer "skins" available here:

ETS2 Studio V0.5.6
