Hello fellow truckers,

Since the last patch I have a problem with the traffic in ETS2.
I've got the AI Traffic Mod by Jazzycat installed (these always worked perfectly fine for me, to change the variety of cars in traffic)
However, the density is really messed up I think.
And I was hoping someone on this forum could have an answer for me.

I've already enabled the console for ETS2 and changed g_traffic from 1 to 3.6.
However, on highways there is traffic yes... But in cities, NONE.
During the days, maybe 1 or 2 busses, an occassional truck or car.
During the nights? Absolutely no traffic.
On open "land" roads, I sometimes don't encounter a single car/truck/bus for many kilometres..
On highways.. I only see traffic on the other side of the road. But on my side of the road, barely any traffic. Hardly any cars overtaking me or whatever.
And then, the traffic finally does spawn, but I have to take an exit and make a round curve onto another highway, and yes.. You guessed it: No traffic again, and it takes minutes for traffic to spawn again.
What is causing traffic to be so extremely delayed? - To be honest, it is kinda ruining my fun in the game as empty roads aren't fun to drive on.
I have even tried to put g_traffic to 10 in the console, just to see how much difference it'd make. To tell you the truth, it doesn't look like it's making any difference at all.

I really don't know what's going on, but I am sure as hell I didn't have this problem before.

I was wondering if someone could help me with what's going on here.
If there are questions that need to be asked in order to get a more in dept view of my problem, feel free to ask and I'll try my best to provide an answer.

how can i enter the _ in the console with the keyboard? the standard doesn't work here.
for your question...i have the same problem though..

SCS implemented a system that allows you to change the density for every country specific. Either changing density via console is messed up, or it depends on the country you're in.

I have the same problem here, and traffics always disappear in just a short distance
