Police, Poland
(Not a city, but quite funny) Lake Disappointment.
Bathmen, Netherlands - famous of badly bathed men.
Deadhorse, Alaska
Hell, Michigan - only 249 miles from Paradise.

There is much better town in the Austria, which has only crime in existence - stealing of their city entry signs.

A few funny ones from the Netherlands
Nederland, Overijssel; Self-referential name
Monster, Zuid-Holland; A lot less scary than it sounds
America, Limburg; A very small hamlet with a familiar name.
Bergen, Noord-Holland; the name means "mountains". That would be an OK name if it weren't for the fact that there are no mountains around in a 200 kilometer radius.
Zeeland, Noord-Brabant; a town named after a province... but in the wrong province.
Hongerige Wolf, Groningen; translation: "Hungry Wolf". 'nuff said...

And in Belgium, you have the anal triangle, where all three names refer to "ass":
Aarschot ("Aars")
Kontich ("Kont")
Reet (that literally means "butt"!)

Some placenames in Flanders lack creativity, funny enough:
Boom ("Tree")
Meer ("Lake". I've seen this one three times)
Molen ("Windmill")
Klooster ("Monastry")
Perk ("Garden")
Eik ("Oak")
Haag ("Hedge")

Other funny placenames in Flanders:
As ("Ash" or "Axle")
Geel ("Yellow")
Doel ("Goal")
Heks ("Witch")
Mol ("Mole")
Zolder ("Attic")
Wezel ("Weasel")
Bierbeek ("Beer creek". Time to get wasted!)
Beneden ("Down(stairs)")
Erps-Kwerps (I know someone who lives there, actually. The name just sounds so funny)
Woestijn ("Desert", but there is none around)
De Haan ("The cock" as in "male chicken")
Lille (not the Lille you expect...)
Nazareth
