Hey, i see that my user has the finish flagg, i am from norway but did make my user in finland, is it because of that?

Yes. In you User Control Panel you can change the country (so also the flag)

maybe becaus i am in finland 6-12 weeks in the year? my uncel drives oslo-finland so i go there so ofthen i can whit him to finland. and everey company we go to they just call him "holonorjalinen"
