I went first to Brussels.It is INSANE. Then i got a job from Mannheim to Nurnberg
I took scenic route(sorry i might spell this wrong) then i went to Barcelona it was little laggy is Spain but this is because there are so many objects there.Great work !!

I had around 40fps in Barcelona on ultra settings. So it is really improved than a hahaha

I don't know why people use one number to express their entire time they are in a city. Its never a fixed number, and there are areas which load down your PC more than others. Barcelona in particular has three nasty locations with high load, near the city center on the roundabout next to the construction site, in the port area near the roundabout that divides the two industrial areas, and another on the highway coming in from Manresa at the vast complex of interchanges. Each of these areas effects the fps in a particular way so if you say well I was driving through and got 'so and so fps' it really doesn't describe much as its a constantly changing variable dependent on whats being rendered as you pass by.

I went to Barcelona through Perpignan, awesome !

But wow did my frame rate got rekttt in Barcelona !
I've got a decent computer with usually everything maxed out, had to go back to medium settings in the city.

Well, framerate drops there, but goes back to normal, I guess that's because of that massive amount of props that has to be loaded and displayed correctly. If you can stand those seconds of game not moving or running at 20 fps (I can only dream about it), I suggest that you don't change your settings.
