Spain and south France doesn´t appear.

Hello people!
I downloaded promods 2.1 and installed it. Looks like i did it well, but when i m into the game, France and north Spain don´t appear. I´ve been looking for information, but i didn´t find anything. I don´t know what is wrong. Please, if anyone could help me, i´ll be very happy.

What ETS2 version are you running and do you have DLC France?
